What we're looking for
Not every property fits our concept — but more do than you'd think. We take over mid-sized hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs on a lease basis and develop them into modern boarding-house and aparthotel concepts. Owner, investor or broker: we read every inquiry personally — and get back to you even when it's not (yet) a fit.
