Our pilot property Hotel Grünhof is located in Frankfurt (Oder)-Rosengarten. A working and border city with stable demand from business travelers, tradespeople and the European University Viadrina.
Berlin area
Growing demand from industrial settlement, commuter flows and project work around Berlin — from the southern belt/BER to Havelland and Potsdam.
Munich area
A strong economic region with high demand from business travelers, tradespeople and long-stay guests around Munich.
