Two founders, two clearly separated skill sets: Josefin Nagel leads commercial management, finance, acquisition and day-to-day operations, while Michel Naundorf is responsible for IT, technology, digitalization and revenue management.

Josefin Nagel

Josefin Nagel brings commercially focused experience in customer service, administration, insurance and finance, and bookkeeping. She is a certified insurance specialist with experience in advisory work, budget administration, invoicing, statistics, dunning and customer communication.

In short-term rental, she operates and markets high-quality holiday apartments in the Bad Saarow region — including bookkeeping, guest communication, quality management and active property acquisition, among others through the IHK Potsdam succession network.

Since September 2024 she has been part of a multi-year coaching program on building and scaling a short-term rental business, with a focus on acquisition, platform management, automation and operations.

Michel Naundorf
Managing Director · Technology & Digitalization

Michel Naundorf is a certified IT systems integration specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience in IT, systems administration, networking, cloud infrastructure and IT security. Since 2023 he has worked as an in-house systems administrator for the German Alpine Club (Deutscher Alpenverein e.V.) in Munich.

Since 2024 he has run a side business focused on short-term rental, co-hosting, revenue management, booking platforms and professional Wi-Fi setups for guest accommodations — with his own holiday apartments in Zwiesel, Bavaria.

For Stayvie, his combination of IT experience and short-term rental know-how is central: digital door-locking systems, stable Wi-Fi, process automation, channel and revenue management.
