Leadership

Experience meets passion.

Josefin Nagel leads commercial and day-to-day operations, Michel Naundorf is responsible for IT, technology and revenue management. Both have run their own holiday apartments for years — and both wanted to grow beyond a handful of units eventually. Stayvie is the answer: a company that gives properties with real substance and location a future again, instead of letting them sit vacant or drift into an uncertain succession.

Josefin Nagel
Managing Director · Commercial Management

Josefin Nagel's start in hospitality wasn't theoretical — it came from practice: she operates and markets high-quality holiday apartments in the Bad Saarow region, handling everything from guest communication to bookkeeping to actively sourcing new properties, including through the IHK Potsdam succession network.

That hands-on experience meets a commercially trained background: Josefin is a certified insurance specialist who spent years in customer service, budget administration, invoicing and dunning — exactly the mix of financial rigor and people skills an operator model like Stayvie needs.

Since September 2024, she's been building the knowledge for the next step in a multi-year coaching program: acquisition, platform management, automation and operations at a larger scale — the foundation for her role leading commercial management at Stayvie.

Michel Naundorf
Managing Director · Technology & Digitalization

Before Michel Naundorf became a host himself, he spent two decades keeping other companies' IT infrastructure running: as a certified IT systems integration specialist, and since 2023 as an in-house systems administrator for the German Alpine Club (Deutscher Alpenverein e.V.) in Munich.

Since 2024, he's also run his own holiday apartments in Zwiesel, Bavaria — including co-hosting, revenue management, booking platforms and a Wi-Fi setup he built himself for guest accommodations.

For Stayvie, that combination makes the difference: digital door-locking systems, stable Wi-Fi and automated processes aren't theory for him — they're daily practice.
